RuneReach makes and publishes social media content for businesses. This page explains what information we hold, why, who helps us handle it, and how to have it removed. Questions: hello@runereach.com.

This website

runereach.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from other companies' servers. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.

If you are a client

To do the work, we hold:

• The names and email addresses of the people you give access to the client portal.
• The photos, videos and notes you upload, and the posts, captions, comments and approvals made in the portal.
• Your answers to our intake questions, and the plan we write for you.
• An activity log of who approved or changed what, and when.

Sales data from your register

If you choose to connect Square, Toast or Clover, or upload a sales report, we read your sales so we can plan better content: what sells, on which days and at which hours. Access is read-only: we cannot change anything in your register.

• We keep item names, quantities, totals, categories, dates and times, per location.
• We do not keep your customers' names, emails, phone numbers or any card details.
• You can disconnect at any time from the portal. Ask us and we delete the sales data we hold; we also delete it within 30 days of the end of our work together.

How we use it

Only to plan, make, schedule and report on your own content. We never sell it, never use it for another client, and never use your photos or sales figures in our own marketing without asking you first.

We use AI tools to help describe your uploads, draft captions and analyse sales. They run on your material for your account only. We may tidy a photo (light, crop), but we never change what is in it.

Who helps us

These services process information on our behalf, only for the uses above:

• Cloudflare: website, client portal, database, file storage and email routing.
• Dropbox: storage of your uploads and working files.
• Buffer: scheduling and publishing your approved posts to your social accounts.
• Anthropic (Claude): the AI that helps us sort uploads, draft captions and read sales data.
• An email delivery service, for sign-in links and notifications.
• Square, Toast or Clover, only if you connect them.

How long we keep it

• Finished post files on our publishing storage: deleted 30 days after the post goes live.
• Everything else: for as long as we work together, then deleted within 30 days of a request, or within 90 days of the end of our work together unless you ask us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you or your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@runereach.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will tell clients by email before it takes effect.
